In fact, I may have mentioned that the local agents, while very agreeable and willing to try again, encouraged me early on to try a local mortgage broker because they "have never had success with an internet broker". I just wanted to drop a line to thank you all for the work to make my new loan happen. I do a lot of business on the internet and I select the companies with the best products, web sites, and customer service. I didn't find anyone who could beat your rates, and I really liked the on-line rate quote section which lists the many rate/point options you offer. Most companies only list a few combinations, if at all. Or they make you fill in a complete application, which is in most cases just to get back ridiculous rates. Your customer service was also excellent. My inquiries were always quickly responded to. Keep up the good work.
